The following additional terms and conditions apply if you place an order online. The customer is responsible for the payment of all sales, use, taxes, and shipping and handling charges related to the purchase of products from Faris Gourmet Popcorn & Treats online E-Store. Our delivery of E-Store products is handled by UPS & Federal Express. Their delivery may vary and be affected by weather or labor conditions beyond their control, they cannot guarantee delivery dates, so Faris Gourmet Popcorn & Treats cannot guarantee delivery dates.
